Sloth Mountain Studios is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains on private land among 100 year old giant fir trees with hiking trails and campsites. The studio has a long list of back line instruments & amps that are welcomed to be played. The live room has hardwood floors, tall ceilings and the control room has a comfy couch.
The studio is a hybrid all analog chain to digital that’s ideal for tracking live bands, singer songwriters and more.

Guido & his 2nd Cousin
Sloth Mountain Studios is excited to announce the release of our new music video from Guido & His Second Cousin! Teaming up with Elkin Images, we filmed at four historic locations. The video tells the story of the band’s Italian family traveling from Italy to America in the early 1950s.

Check out Todd Novak & Brian Sagrafena's new music video for "Lucky." Todd shot his performance in Oregon over the last couple of months. Brian filmed his portion of the video at Apple Jacks in La Honda with the help of Jack Mullins, Myshel Barajas Portz, and Freddy Deubert. This new Half Moon Bay group, emerging from the vibrant local music scene and members formerly of bands like 'Bar Fight' and 'The Little Willy’s', has quickly become a local favorite on the Coastside. Their music, a soulful blend that artfully combines elements of bluegrass with funk-inspired fat bass lines, resonates deeply with their audience.
